How to Add or Edit an Entry.Important:The Alchemy Licensing website contains information on Alchemy Licensees and is not available businesses who do not have a current licensing deal with Alchemy. Step One:
To add or edit your entry you must be a registered user and you must be logged in.
Step Two:
One each page of the Licensees section there is an Add Entry link. Clicking on this will take you to a simple form to complete. See step three for further details on completing your application. Step Three: Complete the entry form. It is split into 5 easy to use tabs as seen below. You will be asked for certain contract information such as which brand names you are eligible to use and which territories your licensing agreement covers. You may add images of products to your description and one image (refered to as your logo image) for display in the listings view.
![]() To add images into your description click on the image icon in the editor and in the pop up image manager click on the upload image icon.

When you have submitted your entry an email will notify the Administrator. Your entry will not be available to view until the Administrator has checked your entry and passed it for publication. Step Five:
Editing your Entry.When you are logged in you will see at the bottom of your entry an EDIT button. Clicking this will take you to the entry form with all your details. Simply change what you want and click on Send to update your entry.
